Baseball Season us upon us
Personally I think that baseball is perhaps the most boring fucking sport of the big four televised sports. It just seems that it's incredibly restricted and most of all, having the most limitations and lack of imagination compared to the other sports. I do realize the certain....stupidity in my comments, and totally understand that baseball unto itself has much more strategy involved than I give it credit for, but from a casual viewer POV, I'd rather watch curling or even golf.
However, It was just last season that I have discovered the wonderful joy of KOMO 1000am radio Seattle Mariner's baseball. And I like it. Usually after midnight, KOMO 1000, generally a news channel, would replay an encore presentation of the Marainer's game and I usually tune in if I'm still awake. Basically describing baseball on the radio seems to make it more exciting than the TV especially considering some of the excitement that the radio commentators have in their speech. Although it's still boring, the fact that someone has to spend time dicatating it makes it all the more interesting instead of seeing some hayseed scratch his crotch.
I also support the Marainers mainly because they are almost like a sister city to Vancouver and especially for the fact that Vancouver is lacking in a MLB baseball team. Go Marainers.
